Full-Time Sales Representative
(CALGARY)
Are you the person everyone calls with computer questions? Do you love Macs? How about getting paid to demonstrate and sell the computers you love?
MyMacDealer Calgary is looking for a new F/T retail sales representative. Our emphasis is on providing superior customer service, and the job involves product demonstration, sales, and keeping up with the latest Mac products and accessories to ensure we find the best solutions for our customers.
Compensation will depend upon your experience (hourly + commission). The successful candidate will be personable, professional and comfortable providing one-on-one customer service on the sales floor.
Exceptional people skills and solid customer service experience required. Macintosh experience preferred, but we’ll also consider candidates with previous sales experience and enthusiasm for technology.
Previous experience as a teacher, trainer or with product demonstration a strong asset. Sound like you, or someone you know?
This position includes competitive wages and a benefit package.
FULL TIME 40 hrs/week
Variable shifts between 9-6 Monday to Friday and 10-5 on Saturdays.

Store Leader (Sales & Service)
(WINNIPEG)
Do you have what it takes to manage and motivate a retail/service location? Do you have previous experience managing a service department, retail staff, or inventory? How about a job managing a Macintosh computer store?
MyMacDealer is seeking a F/T Store Leader for our Winnipeg Store. The Store Leader position is a sales and management position reporting directly to our General Sales Manager and Company President.
The Store Leader’s duties include managing and scheduling staff, coordination of promotional efforts, and responsibility for inventory/service reporting to our Head Office in Edmonton. The Store Leader is responsible for ensuring quality service and the orderly functioning of all aspects of the store.
MyMacDealer’s emphasis is on providing superior customer service, and the Store Leader’s job also involves product demonstration, inside/outside sales, and keeping up with the latest Mac products and accessories to ensure we find the best solutions for our customers. Our Winnipeg store has a special emphasis on Macintosh Repair and Service, and previous experience managing a computer/technology service department or location is a strong asset. A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience managing retail sales or service staff is required. Macintosh experience is preferred, but we’ll also consider candidates with previous sales experience and enthusiasm for technology.
The ideal candidate will be personable and professional, equally capable in both a sales and management role. We’re looking for an experienced self-starter with an optimistic attitude and good attention to detail.
Compensation will depend upon your experience. A full benefit package is included.
