Even the best computer hardware can fail sometimes. Things fall. Or get dropped. Or spill. When they do, MyMacDealer's Service department is ready to assist you with your Mac repair. We understand how frustrating it is to be without your computer, so we do our very best to complete your repairs efficiently. And if it's an absolute emergency, we offer a Queue-Jumping Service to bump you to the head of the line.

Our technicians are regularly Apple-Certified, and we use genuine Apple Parts to repair your products. Please understand that it may take us several business days to obtain parts from Apple.

Service Rates

All times calculated in 15-minute blocks, with a 30-minute minimum. Prices do not include GST.

• Labour per hour   $105.00/hr
• Physical Damage Estimate (includes liquid spills)   $105.00
• On-site Service   $130.00
• Hourly telephone support   $105.00
• Queue-Jumping Fee   $105.00
• Shop Fee (added to all transactions excepting warranty work)   $6.95
